Executive Presence

Executive presence is not a measure of performance. It is a measure of image - whether you signal to others that you have leadership potential. We help future leaders become more influential by providing the tools needed to unlock their executive presence through a two-day workshop facilitated in-person by Bluebird founder and principal, Heather Martin.

Three Core Competencies

Cracking the Executive Presence Code requires unlocking the three core competencies of EP: Behavior, Image and Communication. We will dive deep into each competency and provide you with tools and resources to help elevate your EP the day you leave. This includes image consulting provided by award-winning stylist and radio talk show host, Jackie Neville of Your Stylist, LLC.

Personalized Video and Professional Headshots

Once you unlock your EP, you will need to capture your shining moment. Every workshop attendee will gain skills to produce their own marketing or employee engagement videos. We will teach you how to get past your “selfie-consciousness” and record quality videos with nothing more than a cell phone and a $50 investment. Plus, every attendee leaves the workshop with a new series of professional headshots by Tasha Pinelo Photography.
